Turn your frown upside down
We’ve all heard the saying, Turn your frown upside down, its actually one of my favorite things to say when a friend or family member isn’t smiling. I quite possibly say this to much but it usually results in a quick smile. The other day one of my co-workers was frowning, and I said it to him, and I was taken back by the response. Instead of the usual eye roll, I got a “No, and leave me alone” response. When I got off work I told my hubby about it and he responded with “Did you ever think he hates to smile?” Real quick, don’t forget to jump over to my most recent post and read my review of the 30 second smile toothbrush. It’s pretty cool.
And the truth is I hadn’t I mean really thought about it who doesn’t want to smile, there are so many benefits to smiling. Smiling reduces stress, releases endorphins, lowers blood pressure, it boosts your immune system and it makes you appear younger. Just think about all those benefits those alone should make you want to smile. We also can’t forget that it takes more muscles to frown then smile.
I started to think about why he wouldn’t want to smile, and besides the fact that maybe he was having a really bad day, or something horrible happened, the other major factor was he hated his smile. After a couple days, of asking him why he won’t smile and trying to get him to smile, I like to think myself as the class clown at work, he finally stated that he didn’t smile because he didn’t want others to see his teeth. Then I started to wonder if something like this one might be right up his alley.
After all that’s what a person sees when you smile. And the truth is his teeth are horrible, and clearly he has not taken care of them and factor in hes a heavy smoker, I’m sure you can imagine what they look like. All he would have to do to improve his smile would be to simply begin to take better care of his teeth.
You know brush them twice a day, for 2 minutes at a time. And if he felt that he didn’t have the 2 minutes to brush his teeth every morning and night then he could look into the toothbrush, which would decrease his brushing time to 30 seconds. I really want to tell him about this toothbrush but I don’t think there’s an easy way to approach the subject. Maybe if I can get him to start talking about why he hated his smile, or maybe when a group of co-workers were together I could mention the toothbrush and ask what they thought of it. And in the end the toothbrush was a great suggestion!

You actually make it appear so easy with your presentation however I find this topic to be really something that I think I'd never understand. It sort of feels too complicated and extremely extensive for me. I'm having a look ahead to your next put up, I¡¦ll try to get the grasp of it!
